BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Nimrod Nyakanyanga is a non-executive director. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Nimrod also holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Nimrod has extensive business management experience acquired in industry and commerce, the financial services sector and International Development.
Wendy Chingeya is a non-executive director of the company and chair of the board of directors. Wendy is a seasoned practicing lawyer who is committed to social justice. This commitment has seen her getting involved in some public interest cases of wide social importance. Wendy is a holder of an LLB degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
Lewis Tendai Madafi is a non-executive director of the company. Lewis is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of the Institute if Internal Auditors. Lewis has extensive experience in risk management and internal controls within the financial services sector.
Takudzwa P. Nyakanyanga has about 5 years of experience in real estate administration, human resources recruitment, deployment, and administration. He is the founder and director of Patron Estate Zimbabwe, and Wandle Health Services, Waterfalls, Harare. He became a Shareholder in Wisrod Investments in January 2021 and was eventually appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the same company in January 2021. He holds Certificates in Residential Letting & Property Management, and Leasehold Management from the Institute of Real Estate and Property Management (IRPM), UK. He is also a finalist in the BSc. Honours Economics Degree with Kingston University, UK.
David Chitokomere has over 30 years of experience in banking and investments. He has previously worked for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Southampton Assurance, Syfrets Asset Management, Zimnat Life Assurance, and Genesis Investment Bank in Zimbabwe, and various other investment firms in the UK. He holds a BSc. Degree in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Business Leadership degree from the University of South Africa, Institute of Bankers Diploma, and Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in Zimbabwe. He is also a holder of a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Josphat C. Madafi has over 10 years of work experience as an Actuarial Analyst, Senior Actuarial Analyst, and Senior Manager-Specialties Analytics Leader. He has previously worked for Allianz Insurance, Zurich Insurance, and Marsh. He holds a BSc. Actuarial Science from CASS Business School, City University, London, and an MSc. Business Analytics degree from the Imperial College of London.
MANAGEMENT
Joseph Tore is results-oriented executive with over 10 years of experience directing and streamlining business operations, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and recruiting talented resources to improve year-over-year revenue of social finance/microfinance corporations and SMEs. Strategic, analytical thinker; well-versed in training and building top-performing teams, capturing business development opportunities, and facilitating clients with best-in-class products and services to achieve set objectives within time and budgetary constraints. Equipped with strong communication and decision-making skills to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, onboard new clients, and positively impact bottom-line.
Everngelista studied Business Studies majoring in Human resources management at the Bindura University of Science Education. She has extensive experience in microfinance development
Rumbidzai joined Wisrod in 2017 as a collector and has since risen to the position of Regional Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Accounting from ZEGU, and she is currently studying towards a master’s in accounting with NUST. Before joining Wisrod, Rumbi worked in the finance department of the Ministry of Health.
Mrs. Motsi is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is a holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with the Zimbabwe Open University. |
Brian Mutsau is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe. He has over 30 years of experience in financial and executive management across various sectors.
Prudence is Certified Expert in Microfinance from Frankfurt Business School. She is a holder of an Economics Honours Degree from Bindura University of Science Education and a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Chinhoyi University of Technology. Prudence has vast experience in the financial services sector spanning over 6years. She joined Wisrod as credit officer in 2013 and was promoted to a regional Manager in May 2015. She has wide-ranging experience in the areas of credit management, microfinance, and agricultural finance.
Kevin joined Wisrod in 2017 as a collector and has since advanced to the position of Regional Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electronic Commerce from Harare Institute of Technology (H.I.T) and an executive certificate in Microfinance from NUST. Kevin has demonstrated expertise in credit management and digital marketing.
Wayne holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree in Business Management from Great Zimbabwe University. He joined Wisrod Investments in 2019 as a Credit Collector in Bulawayo and rapidly progressed to the role of Regional Manager. With over four years of experience in the financial sector, Wayne has been instrumental in driving business development at Wisrod Investments.
Vimbai Joined Wisrod Investments in May 2016 as a collector and was promoted to Regional Manager in 2021. Vimbai has worked in various NGOs including Government. Vimbai is a holder of an Honours Degree in Peace and Governance from Bindura University. She also has an Executive Certificate in Microfinance and Entrepreneurship from NUST.
