Non Executive Director
Mr. Nyakanyanga has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, administration, financial services, entrepreneurship, and business management. Before co-founding Wisrod Investments, he held roles at organizations including HelpAge International, Community Accountancy Self Help, Commonwealth Education Fund, Pump Aid Limited, and GVEP International. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the University of Zimbabwe, a BCom (Honours) from the University of South Africa, and qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in Zimbabwe. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
Mr. Nyakanyanga is a founding Shareholder and former Executive Director of Wisrod Investments Pvt Ltd, where he now serves as a Non-Executive Director while retaining his Shareholder position. His extensive expertise and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the company’s success

Mr Madafi is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial strategist with over 30 years of expertise in accounting, auditing, risk management, and business leadership. A visionary founder, he established Wisrod Investments Pvt Ltd in 2011 as a Shareholder, Director, and CEO, driving its growth from inception. His sharp business acumen was honed in senior roles at Zimbank and Zimnetwork, where he mastered compliance, auditing, and financial governance.
Holding prestigious qualifications—including the Institute of Bankers Diploma (Zimbabwe), Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSAZ), and Internal Auditors (Zimbabwe)—Madafi combines technical excellence with bold leadership. Today, he continues to shape Wisrod’s strategic direction as a Shareholder and Non-Executive Director, leveraging his entrepreneurial mindset to foster innovation and sustainable growth.

Mr. T. Nyakanyanga is an experienced professional with over five years in real estate administration, human resources recruitment, deployment, and administration. He is the founder and director of Patron Estate Zimbabwe and Wandle Health Services in Waterfalls, Harare. In January 2021, he became a shareholder and later a Non-Executive Director of Wisrod Investments. He holds Certificates in Residential Letting & Property Management and Leasehold Management from the UK-based Institute of Real Estate and Property Management (IRPM) and is a finalist pursuing a BSc. Honours Economics Degree with Kingston University, UK.

Mr Chitokomere has over 30 years of experience in banking and investments. He has previously worked for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Southampton Assurance, Syfrets Asset Management, Zimnat Life Assurance, and Genesis Investment Bank in Zimbabwe, and various other investment firms in the UK. He holds a BSc. Degree in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Business Leadership degree from the University of South Africa, Institute of Bankers Diploma, and Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in Zimbabwe. Emily’s career journey includes roles at Mobil Oil, SMM Holdings, and Southampton Assurance. She went on to complete a distinguished 17-year tenure at Barclays Bank (now First Capital Bank), where she held various leadership positions. Building on this extensive experience, she later founded eNMedia Pvt. Ltd., a boutique PR and media agency delivering bespoke services in public relations, media production, and corporate affairs.
As a content creator, she produces high-quality television and digital media tailored to diverse audiences. Before he became a member of the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe and a Fellow of Microfinance Association (UK), Joseph is a holder of Master of Science in Finance and Investments Degree from National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe), and a BSc. Honours in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe. He attended Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (Germany) for training in various Lending related courses with specific focus on Microfinance and Risk Management.
A trained Responsible Inclusive Finance (RIF) Practitioner- certificate obtained from Special Performance Task Force. Equipped with Effective Debt Collection Techniques certified by The Institute of Credit Management in Zimbabwe. He attended various trainings in London on strategic management for microfinance practitioners delivered by The Microfinance Resource Centre (USA).
Managing Director Microfinance
Tavonga Prosper Mhembere is a seasoned Microfinance expert with more than a decade of proven track record of driving business growth, credit management, managing risk, and leading high-performing teams. He is the current Managing Director of Willbey Solutions where he is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, operations, and direction of the organization. Prior to his appointment, Tavonga served as the Operations Manager at Willbey Solutions, where he played a key role in streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and driving business expansion.
Over the decade of experience he held various management and executive positions with the most recent being, Head of Risk at GetBucks Microfinance Bank Limited a Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Listed Entity where he oversaw the bank’s overall Risk Management, Credit and Compliance. Tavonga also rose through the corporate ladder from Loans Officer to Credit and Operations Manager of Jakana Africa Microfinance where he was part of the pioneering team that launched the institution.
He also worked for African Century Limited a leasing company. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree in Banking and Finance, Certificate in Digital Money (Turfs University) and currently pursuing Master’s in Business Administration. He also went through various Microfinance training courses. Tavonga is also a Certified Leadership Coach committed to driving financial inclusion, promoting economic empowerment, and making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities.
